Our Founder & Principal Advisor, Michele Reed, is an accomplished Human Capital Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME Level IV). Michele has spent the last 15 years on the front lines of high-speed, high-stakes, high-volume Defense RPO, managing a diverse portfolio of partners, programs and labor categories. Throughout her tenure, she has partnered closely with industry leaders to optimize workforce infrastructure. She leverages deep, behind-the-scenes operational insights to transform standard talent acquisition functions into high-performing, compliance-ready delivery assets. 

Fully utilizing a foundational B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University with behavioral assessment models, Michele goes beyond standard technical filtering. She evaluates cognitive alignment, stress tolerance in high-consequence environments and long-term retention potential. This behavioral framework ensures the construction of highly compliant, low-attrition personnel pipelines for mission-critical programs. 

By bridging the gap between elite, cleared Talent and program requirements, Michele delivers the human capital infrastructure needed to secure, execute, and scale our nation's most vital Aerospace and Defense initiatives. She specializes in aligning high-consequence technical capabilities with stringent program requirements, ensuring critical missions are fully staffed with the mission-ready experts required to deliver top results.
